MHRC accepts requests from legal, social service and advocacy organizations working with clients who are seeking immigration relief. Please complete a Forensic Evaluation Request.  We suggest submitting it as far in advance as possible, to ensure all clients have the opportunity for a forensic examination. Completing a referral form does not guarantee an examination. Placement of cases is subject to availability of MHRC evaluators.

We suggest a $300 donation to offset the cost of each service request that we are able to fulfill. This helps cover administrative costs and supports the development of new programs that align with our mission to provide comprehensive support to our community.

We do not collect personally identifying information about your client, but you’ll need to provide the following client information as part of the request process:

• Country of origin
• Gender
• Age
• Language
• Grounds for asylum or relief
• Brief summary of the case
